Investigation of Incident & Accidents
- Workplaces are exposed to accidents and incidents every day, no matter the type and size of the industry. For making sure that the employees are safe and avoid future accidents, it is important to investigate every incident/accident.
- Accident/Incident investigation and analysis is one of the best ways to avoid future accidents from happening as it helps in finding out the root cause for such events. This analysis will give a broad understanding of the reasons for the incident/accident with the necessary information so that it is possible to reduce the occurrence of accidents in the workplace. Case studies used to encourage discussion around the relevant documentation on how to lodge a claim for compensation with the Compensation Commissioner, and what the Act states about incidents and accidents.
