Certified Incident Investigation & Root Cause Analysis
- This course introduces industry best practices for Accident and Incident Investigation at all industries. Participants will discover and discuss key concepts and issues such as the impact of human factors on increasing incidents and accidents in aviation. Through this process, participants will become able to establish mitigation measures at their own industry to reduce incidents and accidents.
- Accident investigation is an important management tool, crucial for prevention, learning and dealing with insurance, litigation and the implementation of statute law. Course is designed to provide the information to enable delegates to carry out investigations and write a meaningful report.
